Nope, our service is month to month, cancel anytime.

We bill on the 1st of the month every month.  If your card declines, service will be paused until payment is received.

We work all year round, however incase of dangerous weather such as lightning, heavy rain, heavy snow, or extreme temperatures we will skip your services for the week and do double-duty the next week.  There will be no refunds issued.

We are closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving , and Christmas.  If your scheduled pickup is on one of these days we will try to re-schedule or do double duty the following week.  There are no refunds issued.

Having your gate unlocked is important, if we cannot get into your yard we will skip service and work double duty the following week.  There are no refunds issued.

Yes, we charge for an initial clean-up, these charges can vary due to the amount of waste in the yard, how long its been since your last cleaning, how large your lawn is and how many dogs you have.

We double bag the waste and place it in your trash bin.

At POOP 365 your family's safety is our priority. We  sanitize our tools and shoes after each visit to try to stop the spread of disease and keep your pet healthy.  We use a disinfectant solution that protects pets from a broad spectrum of pathogens including kennel cough, staph infection, E.Coli and Canine Parvovirus that is EPA registered and vet-formulated.

We love pets, but advise and prefer pets to be inside during service. We do this as a precaution to both your loved one and our technician, as we are opening a gate into their territory.  

Yes we do, we can leave your yard extra-clean and smellin' fresh! These services are an add-on to our scooping service.  On a standard 1/8 acre yard they are $25 each per application.  We can give you a final price once we see your lawn. Please note we need access to your hose, faucet and water for these services.
